Clothing and Undergarments:
Due to the specialty nature of our items, all sales are final. We will however, (on internet orders only) exchange sizes on dresses within 5 (five) days of your receipt of the package if we have another size in stock. You must call 515-226-9336 for a return authorization number to place on the outside of the box before returning. Boxes without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. If we are out of stock and we have stopped cutting the dress, there will be no exchanges.
Dresses returned for an exchange must still have our tags on the garment and must never have been worn nor damaged in anyway. Customer pays return shipping and exchange shipping charges. Out of stock items normally happen during the end of the Prom season and if we are out of stock, there will be no exchange. Please pay close attention to the size chart listed under each dress company. The size chart is an accurate measurement of the dress give or take 1/2". Have a professional take your measurements and verify how close you fall to the size chart. Panties are not returnable. Dye lots may vary. We do not give out swatches however, normally each dress has a color chart listed by the dress. This color chart may vary in color from computer to computer.
Most dresses can be professionally altered to let out one size, however, order according to the biggest number on the size chart. Call with questions or to have our professional staff assist in picking a size. Purchasing a size based on expected weight change. It is better to have your dress taken in.
Shoes:
Due to the specialty nature of our items all sales are final. We will however, exchange sizes within 7 days of your receipt of the package if we have another size in stock. You must call 515-226-9336 for a return authorization number to place on the outside of the box. Boxes without return authorization numbers will not be accepted. Shoes returned for an exchange must be returned in the box they were sent in (box must be undamaged), and shoes must never have been worn. Customer pays return shipping and exchange shipping charges. Specially dyed shoes are non-returnable.
Jewelry, Glove, Garters, and all other items:

Backorders and Delivery times:
If we do not have the item you ordered in stock, it will be automatically placed on backorder. If we cannot deliver your merchandise within seven days of your occasion date, your order will not be processed, and you will be notified within 2 days of placing the order.
